Belfast Zoo is and always will be at the heart of North Belfast.

The 55 acre site is home to more than 120 species, the majority of which are facing increasing danger in their natural habitats.

The zoo carries out vital conservation work, both in Northern Ireland and around the world.

Money needs put in to it to improve enclosures, the old part and the floral hall.

This is the only zoo in the North of Ireland.

We do not want a part of all our childhoods and our childrens taken away and closed forever!

The zoo with proper investment will bring more tourism and jobs.
