Since 1967 the Steinbach Game and Fish Gun Range Inc. (SGF) has operated as a safe and clean place for our members who enjoy our shooting sport. Without the gun range, people are more inclined to go shooting in gravel pits and /or on public land. Those places are not controlled and safety is more likely overlooked. The SGF gun range provides a safe place for everyone. Recent development project(s) could put the range’s future at risk. We the board and club members have spent considerable volunteer time and money to keep the gun range clean and safe for our members AND neighbors, keeping up with CFO recommendations. We would like the RM of Ste. Anne to not approve any further development, residential or commercial, to take place within ½ mile, (west, north, and east), of the range.
