This petition is an attempt to have a portion of O'Donnell Street resurfaced, fixing the destructive bump leading up to the railroad tracks.  If you are one of the thousands of people traveling into or, out of, the city via the O'Donnell street corridor you've probably noticed how bad this railroad crossing has gotten.   Any attempt to cross it at speeds over  two mph will cause significant jarring in your vehicle and potentially damage it.  Traveling in the westerly direction is particularly treacherous.
