Bethany Martin should receive the Max Sentence for Theft To a Corpse for many reasons , Number one being that Marcus was not even discovered by police or investigators yet and already this poor man not only was Video Tapped to be made a foolery on Social Media but also robbed of one of his beloved pendants all because “ it matched her fashon style” as she admitted to police. Reason Number two, after she recorded this Snapchat it was posted and distributed amongst peers and parents which unfortunately Made it’s way to Marcus’s grieving family. If she comes out of jail and goes straight back to posting about this incident, then has she really learned that this is not to be tolerated ? She’s is a 17 Year old girl whom obviously is oblivious to what she did and has no sympathy for his grieving family. What kind of person would not only rob a man of a chain and pendant but to be taken off of a decaying corpse that happened to be that of a suicide victim , still in his afterlife he is being treated so poorly. She has no remorse for her actions & this is the reason as to why we as a community believe that she deserves the maximum amount of time tried as an adult. She needs to understand and acknowledge that her actions were disgraceful and disgusting.
