The borders of Jamaica will be opened to international visitors on June 15, 2020. Jamaica does not require any pre testing for incoming visitors, while the citizens of Jamaica are required to adhere to COVID-19 measures. This rule is contradicting because there will be thousands of people in the airport daily, there are no protocols currently for tourist which will be putting the employees at a high risk of contracting the virus which may cause another outbreak of the virus here in Jamaica.
This petition is to bring awareness to this issue as many Jamaicans are outraged with this decision that has been made by the Government of Jamaica.
