အမေရိကန် အစိုးရလက်ဝယ် ရှိ ဒေါ်လာ ၁ ဘီလီယံ အား လွှတ်တော် ကိုယ်စားပြု ကော်မတီ မှ ဖွဲ့စည်းသော ပြည်သူ့ အစိုးရအား ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ရန်

မြန်မာပြည်သူ ပြည်သားများ အနေဖြင့် အမေရိကန် ပြည်ထောင်စုမှ ခေတ္တ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားသော အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ ၁ ဘီလီယံ ( $1 Billion )အား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ လွှတ်တော် ကိုယ်စားပြု ကော်မတီ ( CRPH ) ဦးဆောင်​သော ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရထံသို့ ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ရန် တောင်းဆို လိုက်ပါသည်။ 

မြန်မာပြည်သူ ပြည်သားများအနေနှင့် CRPH မှ ဦးဆောင် ဖွဲ့ စည်းမည့်  ပြည်သူ့ အစိုးရကိုသာလျှင် အသိအမှတ်ပြုကြောင်း ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။

စစ်သူပုန် အုပ်စုမှ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော စစ်ကောင်စီအား ကမ္ဘာဆုံးအထိ လုံးဝ အသိအမှတ်မပြုပါ ။ 

မြန်မာပြည်သူပိုင် ပိုက်ဆံများအား  ထိန်းသိမ်းထားပေးသော အမေရိကန် အစိုးရအား ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် အမေရိကန်အစိုးရ၏ စစ်ကောင်စီအပေါ် ရှုံ့ချချက်များ၊ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထု၏ လုံခြုံရေးအပေါ်  စိုးရိမ်ချက်များ ၊ အစရှိသဖြင့် ကြေညာချက်များအား မြန်မာပြည်သူများမှ အသိအမှတ်ပြု ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်သော်လည်း စစ်အုပ်စုမှအရေးမစိုက်ပါ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ဤမျှနှင့် မလုံလောက်ပါ။ ထို့ကြောင့် ပြည်သူ့ပိုင် ဒေါ်လာ ၁ ဘီလီယံ ( $1 Billion )အား CRPH ထံ ချက်ချင်း လွှဲပြောင်းပေးရန်တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။

CRPH အနေဖြင့် ပြည်သူများမှပေးအပ်သော ဒေါ်လာ ၁ ဘီလီယံ ( $1 Billion )အား သုံး၍

၁။ ဖက်ဒရယ်ညွန့်ပေါင်းအစိုးရနှင့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်သူ့တပ်မတော်ကို လျှင်မြန်စွာထူထောင်ရန်
၂။ စစ်အာဏာရှင်နှင့် ဖက်စစ်ဝါဒအား မြန်မာ့မြေမှ အပြီးတိုင်သုတ်သင်ရန်
၃။ ဒီမိုကရေစီစံနှုန်း နှင့် မပြည့်စုံသော ၂၀၀၈ဖွဲ့ စည်းပုံအား အလုံးစုံဖျက်သိမ်း၍အသစ်ပြန်ရေး ဆွဲရန်
၄။ လူမျိုး၊ ဘာသာ ၊ အသားအရောင် ၊ နေရာဒေသမရွေး တန်းတူညီမျှသော ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရက်တစ်နိုင်ငံတော်သစ် ထူထောင်ရန် ပန်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။

အခြားသော နိုင်ငံများနှင့် ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအားလည်း မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ ဘဏ္ဍာငွေများကို CRPH ဦးဆောင်သော ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရသို့ ပြန်လည်လွှဲပြောင်းပေးရန် အလားတူ နှိုးဆော်လိုက်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ မြန်မာပြည်သူများ အကူအညီလိုချိန်တွင် ပြည်သူ့ဘက်မှ ရပ်တည်သော မိတ်ဆွေနိုင်ငံ များ ၏ ရဲဘော်ရဲဘက် စိတ်ဓါတ်နှင့်ကျေးဇူးကို မမေ့သလို ပြည်သူ့အလို ဆန့်ကျင်ပြီး စစ်သူပုန်အုပ်စု ဘက်မှပါသူများ ၊ မျက်ကွယ်ပြုသူများကိုလည်း ကမ္ဘာဆုံးအထိ  မေ့ပစ်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။  

အားလုံးအတွက် ထာဝရ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ၊ လွတ်လပ်ရေး ၊ တရားမျှတရေး  ၊ တန်းတူညီမျှရေး  အား ရည်ရွယ်၍

Return Myanmar’s $1 Billion (recently frozen by U.S. Government) to CRPH led government

We, the people of Myanmar, would like you to transfer the frozen Myanmar funds of $1 Billion held at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH). 

We, the people of Myanmar, hereby recognize that the government formed by CRPH as the only legitimate government, and will be referred to as Myanmar People’s Government henceforth.

We, the people of Myanmar, do NOT recognize the State Administration Council established by the military junta following the February 2021 coup d'état.

We thank the U.S government for freezing the funds. However, We, the people, find that such actions are NOT sufficient. Condemnation and statements against the military junta is appreciated but NOT enough. The U.S has a history of fighting fascist forces in World World 2. In that spirit, we would like you to return the Myanmar people’s public fund immediately to CRPH.

We, the people of Myanmar, hereby gives the government formed by CRPH the power to use the funds to

1. Establish a Federal Unity Government and a Federal Army
2. Completely eliminate any form of Military Dictatorship/Fascism from Myanmar
3. Abolish the undemocratic 2008 constitution
4. Build a truly Democratic and Federal republic, where race, religion, and skin color do not matter, with liberty and justice for all

We, the people of Myanmar, urge other governments and financial institutions to do the same. We will NOT forget who our friends are in our times of need. At the same time, we will NOT forget those who are on the fence or side with the military junta against the wishes of the people.
