Ongoing abuse of the Home Owners in Eagle Pass Sub Division due to fraudulent fining practices and harassment of some Home Owners. 

Creating and or making up Violations to fine

Home Owners and then refusing to speak with them about it. 

Constant new Board Members coming in and starting fraud all over again destroying the peace and serenity of living in this Sub Division. 

Pure harassment and Greed. 

Complaints already filed with the AZ State Attorney Generals Office and will move to the AZ Dept of Real Estate as well for help removing Light House Management. 

This HOA has been here abusing residents for 20 Years and do nothing to assist the Community. 

Seeking to Remove the entire HOA from Eagle Pass.
