It's already almost May. We still haven't heard if school is back in session for Fall 2021. We have registered for classes, but still have no information...classic. After this year of TORTURE, FIT is going to surprise us with in-person classes with VERY short notice. They will expect us to pick up our entire lives to live on campus, with 1 month to prepare.

What about the people who left Manhattan due to the Pandemic, the crime, the racial injustice, the wealth inequality? Are we truly ready to return in person? With the government running around like a chicken without a head- trying to enforce the vaccine as quickly as possible, does it feel organized to you?

Some people can't afford to spend $7000 per semester to live on campus right now. The pandemic has caused wide-spread job and income loss. Some people have compromised health conditions. These people are being forced to choose; My health, or my dream school?

What about the people who worked so hard to get into FIT, and now may have to transfer due to location and circumstances that we can't control.
