Though I have not been personally affected regarding stolen items from my Fashion Nova packages, I have seen far too many posts online with photo proofs of customers receiving their Fashion Nova packages taped up — and we all know what that means! Then once they open it, realize there are items missing. This has happened hundreds of times and it needs to be put to an END.

FASHION NOVA MUST MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO THEIR PACKAGING AND UTILIZE DISCREET BAGS/BOXES. IF YOUR CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION MATTERS TO YOU, YOU WILL MAKE THIS CHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

People handling the packages have VERY sticky fingers and once they see a Fashion Nova bag, they waste no time checking the bags to see if they can keep anything. PLEASE SWITCH TO DISCREET PACKAGING AND END THIS NIGHTMARE ONCE AND FOR ALL!
