Ever since 2016 Cartoon Network has been treating the Ninjago tv series like utter crap. Season 6 entitled “Skybound” came out in Asia in January of 2016, meanwhile it took Cartoon Network, mainly the USA version until June to actually decide to start airing it, and by then the people of the Ninjago Community have pirated the episodes on YouTube cause we have no choice, and we don’t want to be spoiled, and they can’t expect us to leave social media for half a year to avoid spoilers. This happens with about every single season since 2016, and I’m tired of it, especially with the news I got today. The June Highlights for Cartoon Network USA have come out and the new season of Ninjago titled “Prime Empire” had it’s sets release way back in January, and the highlights do not state any new episodes for Ninjago even in the month of June, which is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile all of “Prime Empire” has been pirated on YouTube and this is killing the income of the show. Cartoon Network barely airs re runs of the show either, the last time it was on the air was in February, which is poor advertising for the show and a lot of people don’t even know it still airs on Cartoon Network. It’s time for a change. Whenever a new season of Ninjago comes out, it should not be aired on Cartoon Network, it should be available right away on Netflix. Ninjago already has it’s old episodes on Netflix, I think it’s time for Netflix to also exclusively stream the new episodes and at a decent time, maybe a month after the sets release tops. LEGO should only stream Ninjago’s new seasons on Netflix and forget Cartoon Network. This would also gain the show’s popularity and give Ninjago fans a good time to actually watch the episodes ON TIME and LEGALLY!
