George Anderson has taken Oakland Music Complex from being a scary, dangerous place to rehearse to a shining gem in the east bay of how a rehearsal facility should operate and further the community therein. He was removed from his position without cause under nefarious reasoning and has been released in a way he can't even get unemployment even after over a decade of dedicated work. Hopefully we as a community banding together can open the minds of the ownership to the fact that George has been solely responsible for the smooth operations of the past years while the management company above him did nothing and reaped the rewards. This property went from largely vacant with rampant crime and dastardly conditions as Soundwave Studios to the organized, clean, supportive safe haven for the music community that through his leadership it has today become.
