Students at West Monroe High School, Ouachita Parish High School, and Riser Middle School are no longer allowed to wear any clothing with hoods attached.  This includes hoodie sweatshirts and winter coats.  This new policy creates an undue burden on students, parents, and teachers and should be abolished.
