The constitutional rights of Zane Kilian have been grossly infringed by the state dragging out his bail proceedings. 

It is not in the interest of Justice to detain Zane Kilian, whilst it is very clear that he could not have commited the crime!

There is no evidence of Zane Kilian being the killer, it seems that the police and the state prosecutor is rather creating a media witch hunt on Zane Kilian, to deflect their inability to apprehend the real killer! As seen on video footage of the shooting, it could not have been Zane Kilian, who at the time was in Springs, Gauteng. 

Why is the real killer not behind bars yet?
