Zillow has continued to push into direct to consumer services by forming a brokerage, offering direct buyer and seller access, and now purchasing the primary showing tool (and the associated data) of most Real Estate Agents.

As Realtors and Real Estate professionals we call upon the National Association of Realtors to immediately investigate the acquisition of Showing Time and to end any partnerships with vendors that actively work to replace the Real Estate agent.

We also call upon NAR to examine every vendor relationship that replaces, takes the data of, or attempts to add additional fees to the Real Estate agent.

As dues paying members, this is your responsibility, and we expect you to lead. Protect the agent, protect our clients, and protect our data.
