For years, girls located in and around the NYC/Long Island have been tormented and sexually harassed/assaulted by Justin Poon. He already has a public criminal record on the New York State Unified Court System (Case #CR-015971-19NY) for the charges of aggravated harassment, stalking, and harassment. His next court date is on July 30, 2020.

His name runs rampant throughout the NYC community because of all of the immoral acts that he has committed against HUNDREDS of girls, and yet, even after so long, we still haven't received justice. 

During February of 2019, I received a text from someone posing to be Snapchat customer service. They stated that my account would be terminated unless I sent a push code that was sent to my phone. Foolishly thinking that it was legitimately Snapchat, I replied with the code. Ten minutes later, I get an uneasy feeling in my stomach. I check my Snapchat and discover that I had been logged out and that my password has been changed. I change my password, and I don't think much of it until a few months later when I received an anonymous text threatening to expose me and "ruin my life." I then later discover that I was not the only girl who was in this situation, as HUNDREDS of other girls have come forward with their stories and experiences of SEXUAL ASSAULT, RAPE, and HARASSMENT regarding Justin Poon.

I learned LAST YEAR, in 2019, that he had been pretending to be Snapchat customer service so that he could gain access to an account and steal any private pictures from the "memories" tab. From there, he would continue to harass the victims and threaten to blackmail them.  would demand more nude pictures or else he would threaten to send the pictures that he STOLE to the friends and family of the victims. Furthermore, he would take these illegitimately obtained photos and sell them online to random people who are willing to pay money. 

There has been COUNTLESS reports of girls coming forward with their stories and experiences about , along with endless conversations of Justin sexually harassing girls, some UNDERAGE, for nude pictures. I've spoken to the New York District Attorney and detectives who were inquiring information on him, and ever since then I haven't heard anything from them.

It is genuinely perplexing that even after all this time, after all the reports against him, he still walks free, continuing to prey on unsuspecting girls. We've waited so long for justice, and right now we demand it.
