Twisted Wonderland is a game currently being developed by Disney Japan and Aniplex, in collaboration with Yana Toboso. It will be a battle and rhythm game based on various iconic Disney franchises, specifically the villain aspects. They include Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Aladdin, Snow White, Hercules, Sleeping Beauty, and many more.

   Ever since its announcement on January 31, 2019, it has been a highly anticipated and sought after game, especially in places like America. However, there have been seemingly no moves to translate the website or game into English. All translations of twitter updates, special events, and videos are fan-made, not official. This is an issue since a lot of the translations aren't accurate, nor is it plausible for fans to have to translate the entire game. It's especially tricky considering the game will have voiceovers and is likely to be music based.

   It isn't that making an English version of the game wouldn't be successful. There are 67 native English speaking countries, and English is the most widely-spoken language in the world. Disney, anime, and these types of games are extremely popular in much of the western world. I believe that the reason is simply that Disney and Aniplex don't have the proper motivation to make the game in English. So, let us, the fans, give them the proper motivation, so that we can hope to get an English version of this innovative and astonishing game.
