We as Residents oppose the terms of the Tottenham Airfield Construction Notice posted.  We ask that the Council and the Town of New Tecumseth not issue another fill permit and deny the building of the new runway 13-31.  Instead we ask the Town to compel TAC to complete all outstanding items from the previous Agreement [auditing reports, landscaping, and stormwater management].

We as residents reject strongly the application posted by Tottenham Airfield Corporation, we don’t want this aerodrome.  We want the land remediated back to a contaminant free state and have TAC finish the following items with no additional fill coming on site:

·       Remediation of all contaminated soil sites on the property

·       Completion of the attenuation berm

·         Completion of new stormwater management facilities

·       Proper landscaping, seeding and grading

We as residents OPPOSE the Council and the Town of New Tecumseth from giving Tottenham Airfield Corporation a fill permit and we believe that this aerodrome improvement is not in public interest.
