The above link shows a dog attached to a short rope hanging so it's from paws can't touch the ground. The article indicated the dog is hanging all day long in the hot sun - if it is still alive! Mexico isn't immune to animal torture! Bulls are burned alive while senched to a post, stuck so they bleed out slowly while hundreds revel in the joy of animal torture. 

Mexico must be held accountable to the good people of their country and to compassionate American Citizens. This is my attempt to get a message to the Mexican Government that Americans will no long turn a blind eye to their abuse of animals. Join me in my fight and let the Mexican Embassy in Washington DC know your thoughts and feelings. Thank you for all those voiceless animals being abused and tortured at the hands of Mexican Citizens.
