If you have ever tried Viper4Android on your device, this petition speaks for itself. 

For those unfamiliar with Viper:

founded by Euphy Wong (known as ViPER520), this fairly universal Android mod SIGNIFICANTLY improves the audio quality of the device it it installed on, and provides users with a crazy amount of customization. 

Google, this feature alone is enough to persuade any audiophile, or casual music listener, to make the switch to Android. It now works without root, which leaves me wondering why this hugely beneficial feature can't be implemented into stock Android.
