先日、他大学と同様に國學院大學でもコロナウイルスの影響により授業開始延期及び授業のオンラインでの実施が決定しました。少なくとも半期の間は学生が学校施設等を十分に利用出来ないのは明白であり、そのような状況下で例年通り学費を納めるということに違和感を感じる方も多いのではないでしょうか。そこで以下の内容について、署名という形で賛同を求めています。

 

①施設設備費支払い免除

國學院大學の学生は年間約20万円を

施設設備費として大学に納めています。

キャンパスを利用しない期間の支払い免除を求めます。

②コロナウイルス特別奨学金の設立及び給付奨学金の受給条件に含まれる『学力基準』の基準引き下げ

新型コロナウィルスの影響で

収入が減少した家庭の学生には返済不要の奨学金制度を適用出来るよう求めます。また、条件項目に含まれる『学力基準』の基準引き下げを求めます。大學は高等学校までとは異なり、一人一人の履修する授業が大きく違います。そのような中で、学科単位で一纏めにつけられた成績により受給対象者を決めるのは不平等だと考えています。

【補足】

学費納入期限の延長は上記の２つに付随する形で求めます。また学生の要求が通ったとしても、教職員の方々にシワ寄せが来てしまっては意味がありません。教職員の方々の給与の保障も求めます。

 

國學院大学の学生が安心して、
