Mr. President, through our combined and diligent efforts on Change.org, holds the unique power to free H.E. Dr. Malachi Kobina Yorke a Liberian Diplomat detained falsely under misnomer Dwight D. York to hide his true identity as a Diplomat. We seek your support to make this known and his freedom into a reality.

Dr. York is 79 years old elder suffering in his innocence from Angioedema, a life threatening illness, high blood pressure, and leg and eye problems which cause him to need a wheelchair. His Angioedema attacks frequently leaves him unconscious on his cement cell floor with limited assistance and times his medical are neglected. Angioedema frequently attacks his throat and his air passages swell, which can cause suffocation.

Dr. Yorke was given an unduly and  harsh sentence of 135 years suffering in ADX Supermax facility , on various RICO, Structuring money, Man Act conspiracy charges. A good inmate, with no history of violence during his 22 year incarceration the Prison has ignored the policy, domestic law and international laws of Dr. Yorke's.

Dr. York has been imprisoned for twenty two years, 17  yrs. of which have been in a ADX maximum security prison where he is in solitary confinement per day.

With each passing year he fears his untreated Angioedema will eventually take his life in prison.

Desiring to make a difference in the world, Dr. York authored over 720 books, speaks many languages, and was a teacher and lecturer since 1970 until his incarceration May 8, 2002. Dr. Malachi Kobina Yorke (Baaah Baaah Yaa-Nun) has changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide by his divine holy pen, his writings.

He is the only teacher known to build a distinctive land, "Egipt of The West" called TaMa-Re, that was located in Eatonton, Georgia on 467 acres. Upon Dr. Yorke's unlawful conviction, the land was forfeited along with other property, of which the proceeds were split between the joint prosecuting local and federal agencies. This was a Land Grab. No money was distributed to alleged victims for restitution, because the federal case had no victims only witnesses since the charge against Dr. Yorke was based on "intent" only not DNA evidence, No physical evidence, just false testimonies.
