Statelessness Determination Team email/letter of 27 July 2020

Today 27 July 2020, The Statelessness Determination Team sent me an email with an attached letter [Link] stating that they require my written consent for the Home Office to contact the Malaysian authorities.

FACTS
1) 24 April 2019 - I signed and submitted a consent letter together with my application [Link]

2) Throughout my formal complaint and grievance for the delay in making a decision of my application, the Home Office repeatedly confirmed that the reason of the delay was due to the enquiries with other governments departments and external agencies, including the Malaysian authorities [Link]. These are "mandatory" checks.

I have replied to the Statelessness Determination Team today [Link].
