Listen all EMC has slowly gone downhill these past couple of months and a large portion of this is due to not having a good community manager. We need someone who will actually take action to do stuff and make events and keep personal bias out of staff and teams. Krysyy cannot seem to do that. She bases her picks for staff on if she likes that person or not. Windylava for instance, he has applied 4-5 times and is probably one of the most qualified person to be a staff but yet he never gets picked. We never get new staff and at the rate of which Krysyy is making staff leave, well we may lose most of them because she cannot separate a game and a responsibility she has in the game and her personal bias and the server is dying because of it. So I am moving to vote in a new Community Manager. one who will actually help the server not hurt it. By signing this you are helping me further that goal
