The biggest problem with regards to payment gateways on the internet is a company called PayPal. 

PayPal are cyber bullies. They use terms of use policies that are but a few words long, without any detail to bully their users by closing their accounts for no reason. 

I have personally lost 5 accounts for no reason and have since been approached by over 1,000 on YouTube experiencing the same problems. 

PayPal randomly permanently limits user's accounts with no reason. They then refuse to release funds to people who, for instance, do not have USA bank accounts. 

Those that do, have to wait over 6 months and then if they are lucky are allowed to withdraw their funds. 

What is the point of offering an international service when you expect users to have USA bank accounts to withdraw funds from limited accounts? 

PayPal are ruining the lives or hundreds of thousands of people world-wide with their cyber bullying.

This needs to stop and be brought to the attention of powers higher up. We can no longer stand by idly and watch how PayPal holds money (drawing interest) for up to and over 180 days only to further refuse to let users withdraw what is rightfully theirs.
