The Clifton Cinema, a 1930s Art Deco Cinema... taken over a number of years ago and turned into carpet storage.

Recently under new ownership... and to be ripped down and turned into something else.

This is a local landmark. Once a Hub for the town. Now to be torn down and replaced with God knows what.

Probably flats.

Just like the Haygate Pub was, barely 20 yards away from the Clifton... without planning permission I might add.

There has been numerous petitions to save this building, and reinstate it as a Cinema.

Telford & Wrekin council just care about lining their own pockets.

Save The Clifton.
