If the Korean Education Centre were to open in Vancouver:

첫째, 한글 학교를 지원하여 더 다양한 연령을 교육할 수 있는 수준별 한국어 교육을 제공할 수 있습니다. 

First, we can support Korean language schools on providing appropriate levels of Korean language education to different age groups.

둘째, 일본어와 중국어와 같이 제2외국어로 한국어 수업을 BC주 교육과정에 확대할 수 있습니다. 지금 현재 BC주에서는 단 두 곳의 학교에서만 한국어 수업을 들을 수 있습니다.

Second, just like Chinese and Japanese, Korean can be the next second-language class in BC curriculum. Currently, there are only two schools capable of this in BC.

셋째, 외국인, 재외동포 자녀들에 대한 한국 유학, 한국 방문, 한국 취업 등 다양한 프로그램 제공이 가능해집니다. 

Third, various opportunities and programs such as visiting, studying and working in Korea, visiting Korea can be provided.

Right now, there is a Korean Education Centre in Toronto, Canada. Other cities in the U.S. actively promote the establishment of Korean Education Centers with the participation of Korean residents. The Korean Education Centre will provide a strong support and fence for Korean language schools and high school Korean language courses, which will be a valuable learning ground for learning Korean culture and history as well as finding roots through Korean language education. To pursue the valuable culture and Korean language that must be passed on to the next generation, the establishment of an educational institute is essential.
