One More Cheese would greatly enhance the dining experience of every meal Middlebury students eat in Proctor Dining Hall. What we are proposing is not radical, but exactly the change Middlebury needs; a weekly seven cheese rotation. All we are asking for is a daily extra cheese aside from American and cheddar sliced cheeses and mixed shredded cheese. Cheeses like Mozzarella, Parmesan, Goat Cheese, Gouda, Cheddar Jack, and Munster could be featured in this rotation.
