Left 4 Dead is a series of cooperative first-person shooter survival horror video games developed by Valve. The games encourage cooperative play between up to four players, each taking the role of one of the survivor characters and the computer controlling any unassigned characters.

The two games in the franchise were ported to PC and XBOX 360. Despite the 360 version of the games lacked many components that make the PC version more superior, they both did include split-screen support. Understandably, while the PC platform isn't known for its portability, it is still a shame that a feature that was in other versions of the game was not available to the version that most people who own the games would have access to. The thing that is most baffling about this is that in the PC version, there is split-screen support within the game's code and mod creators have tried to make it work but it isn't as smooth or easy as connecting your controllers to the system and being able to play like the XBOX version.

I ask that either Valve or the Left 4 Dead team would at least give it some consideration and either update the game with said feature or at least make the game easier to mod so we would have to use stuff like the developer console and having to know commands to play. I hope that this petition is as formal and respectful to anyone interested in signing it.
