I would like to suggest by making URF permanent on live or PBE client. It could just be a custom game mode that is optional. It is arguably the most demanded RGM you offer. You see the number of people on the forums that come back SOLELY for URF, and leave once its gone. URF is good for League. There's no dancing around it! Please consider atleast making it a custom game mode!
