During this pandemic, many students have been using Minecraft Education Edition to learn in a fun way while communicating with their peers. Six years ago, Microsoft bought a company called Mojang (they created Minecraft Education Edition). Recently, Microsoft has added a paid subscription that many people and schools are not able to afford (especially during COVID-19). Minecraft Education Edition teaches students creativity. collaboration, problem-solving, and computational thinking. Many students have used this software as an entertaining way of learning and a way to cope with the dreary reality that COVID-19 has caused. Quarantine has negatively impacted many students' mental health, and Minecraft Education Edition has been significant in helping them cope with the pandemic. Ergo, I implore you to help us make Minecraft Education Edition free again (at least until this pandemic is over).
