Dear Dead & Company,

Please consider stopping the use of ticketmaster as your main ticketing vendor for shows. The fans are getting shut out due to scandal and misuse by agencies and other folks who don't have the fans, deadheads interest first and foremost!

This has always been a community. Please help keep it that way. Keep it in the family. Make sure all deadheads who deserve a ticket and have supported you for decades get a chance to get a ticket. Maybe consider using a ticketing system like Phish uses? Maybe go back to doing mail-order tickets for the fans during major big event shows? Halloween, NYE etc.

Ticketmaster and live nation have been proven to be scandalous. Most recently bands like Metallica were caught conspiring with Live Nation to scam ticket buyers and worked with brokers directly. Please don't support this type of business.

Please listen to the fans. The deadheads. We need to be heard. We love the music first and want all of those that deserve to get into the show!
