The recent Bruckner Boulevard up-zone presented by the shielded TNLLC is a Community Changer. If permitted, the R-6 and other zoning upgrades will forever erase certain areas of low-density from city maps and our hearts and minds. TNLLC has presented the community with over 300 pages of information that must be thoroughly analyzed. Many parcels are involved, some do not belong to the applicant aka TNLLC. There is much work to do and perhaps a short time frame. The projects timeline indicates a possible fast track approval before the December 31,2021 expirations of current city council, borough president and mayor terms. Another possibility: project approvals  await Novembers’ newly elected. Say no to the predators looking  to destroy our communities. Please sign...send a strong message. Our Community is neither up for BID nor for sale...Development is good when PROPER THINGS ARE IN PROPER PLACES .
