Central Park's Amy Cooper has had Henry returned back to her! The dog was returned to Amy Cooper, the white woman who became a viral villain after she called cops on a black birdwatcher in NYC's Central Park. According to Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel, the rescue who was caring for Henry, Amy Cooper voluntarily surrenderd Henry to them after Mr. Cooper's video went viral. Mr. Cooper asked her to put her dog on a leash in an area that required and clearly stated to leash your dog. She called the police to falsely accuse Mr. Cooper of threatening her. 

"Abandoned Angels would like to express its gratitude for the outpouring of support regarding the dog that was recently placed in our custody, following release of a troubling video that was brought to our attention. The dog was promptly evaluated by our veterinarian, who found that he was in good health. We have coordinated with the appropriate New York City law enforcement agencies, which have declined to examine the dog or take it into their custody. Accordingly, and consistent with input received from law enforcement, we have now complied with the owner's request for return of the dog."

These are the facts:

• Amy Cooper was caught on video dragging and choking Henry to the point that poor Henry's legs were dangling in the air gasping for air, and crying. 
• She clearly does not follow NYC's leash law and believes she is above the law. 
• Her own dog walkers identified her to the media.
• She has since lost her job from Franklin Templeton who swiftly fired her stating "zero tolerance" for racism.
• Financial support had been given to Abandoned Angels for Henry, as well as adoption applications submitted for him. There was no need to return Henry to a woman who is mentally unhinged.
• She posted on her now private IG account several times where Henry was hurt while with her. We believe she suffers from the mental condition Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. 
• We believe Henry is in future danger if he stays with Amy Cooper.
• Abandoned Angel's continues to block this petition from social media. 

Animal lovers and advocates do not feel she is an appropriate dog parent and demand that Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue have Henry returned and rehomed!
