Hi there, fellow Pokemon fans!

Do you remember when the 1997 Gold and Silver Spaceworld Demo leaked on the internet? People who saw it got to take a look at many unseen designs, both early designs for official Pokemon, and designs that never made the cut. It's both fascinating and saddening to see what was left in the development stage!

One particular line of unused Pokemon caught my eye and captured my heart, and I'm hoping it did yours too, was the adorable round Electric-type tiger called Kotora (コトラ) and its equally cuddly evolution Raitora (ライトラ). It also turns out they were designed in the development of the original Red and Green, meaning they were sadly scrapped twice. I love them so much, and I really want them to get another chance! There are a lot of reasons why!

• We never got any tiger Pokemon that wasn't Legendary or anthropomorphic; tigers are among my favorite animals!
• They are round, cuddly cartoon versions of an otherwise fierce and dangerous animal, and it actually stays round and cuddly after evolving unlike most Pokemon (Bewear is one of my favorite Pokemon for being in a similar vein)
• They're round and chonky, unlike most Electric Pokemon. An ironically fat and lazy Electric-type would be a lot of fun!
• Would be really popular with the other friend-shaped Pokemon, like Wooloo and Snom!

For those of you who want Kotora and Raitora back as much as I do, I'd love  for you to sign this petition, so that hopefully Gamefreak will take notice of everyone's wishes and bring turn these tigers into official Pokemon in some form!

Any redesign that looks close enough to a round and cute tiger will be acceptable; it's also a welcome option to bring them back with no design changes! If they're going to be redesigned for a future generation, there are lots of ways they could do it!

• Tiger-shaped Dorei Bells
• Torako ishi (虎子石) a tiger boulder yokai (Potential Rock-type)
• Japanese Tiger Dance costumes
• Cartoon/Plush/Mascot Costume (similar to Bewear)

There's a lot more ways they could redesign these precious Pokemon, so I really hope this petition gets big enough to hopefully encourage Gamefreak to reuse them in Gen 9, and we will finally be able to play with them in our game cartridges and possibly have official plushies!
