The public understands taking control of cat population. The cats In Wichita, Kansas should be trapped, Neutered, and returned back to the environment. No cat should be placed on death row. Cats should be given a second chance in life. The Animal Control Shelter in Wichita,Kansas has been euthanizing cats for Upper Respiratory Infections and behavior issues. Upper Respiratory Infections are easily treatable. The cats come into The Animal Shelter and within days they become sick with the Upper Respiratory Infections. The cats The Wichita Animal Shelter claims to have behavior issues do not D/T the Animal Control staff stand there holding these cats calmly for pictures for the internet. I adopted a female cat that I saved from death row. She is a super friendly cat that The Wichita Animal Shelter said was aggressive. I would like to get this changed from euthanizing cats that come into the Wichita  shelter to neutering them and returning them back into the environment. We as a society can do better with animals than euthanizing them.
