I will admit there have been Disney movies with a male protagonist such as Aladdin. Though his main goal was to get the girl, an overused trope with a bland execution. I recently watched an animatic by Carmenlee on YouTube where Elsa was male in Show Yourself. It struck something deep within me. Males have emotions as well. Wow such a huge shocker. Little boys and girls as well need to see this and Disney has the best way to communicate to a younger audience. Change has to come from the people and yes I am young but this is important to me now and should be to you as well. I want people to see the sides to men like we now do to women. It doesn’t have to be some kind of remake of Frozen one or two. No, I’m asking for a new idea from Disney with a male lead and I know asking for an LGBTQ+ relationship is a lot so I’ll go for the latter. I only wanted your attention. Participate or don’t but take a minute to think about what world you want your child to grow up in.
