It is time for Massachusetts District Attorneys to stop fighting to uphold this injustice and to begin the healing process by dismissing every case that resulted in a conviction or plea from the William H Hinton and University of Massachusetts Amherst Drug Testing Labs.

This petition was created to implore the District Attorneys in Massachusetts to vacate all convictions and plea deals that resulted from the testing of these corrupt and incompetent labs and to stop fighting to uphold them.  The people of Massachusetts, the county and the world demand justice for the thousands of people who were railroaded by these labs.

For over thirty years, the University of Massachusetts Amherst Drug Testing Lab and the William H Hinton Drug Testing Lab skirted accepted scientific methods, rigged evidence and did everything they could to imprison as many people as they could regardless of their guilt or innocence.  The testing in these corrupt labs have resulted the loss of over 100 million in state funds to investigate their misdeeds and countless time men and women spent in prison away from their families.
