Hold the officers accountable for the murder of Daniel Prude - No justice No Peace!

Call Rochester Attorney General Office at (585) 546-7430. Call the Mayor’s office at (585) 428-7045 and email at lovely@mayorlovelywarren.com. Demand that officers Mark Vaughn, Troy Taladay and Francisco Santiago are fires and prosecuted for the murder of Daniel Prude.

On the 23rd of March 2020 the police were called for a welfare check on Daniel Prude after his brother became worried after he ran out the house in a distressed state. Instead of sending out an ambulance for Daniel, the police were sent out. Daniel was found completely nude and unarmed, he was complying with the police but despite this he was handcuffed, a spit-sock was put over his face and then he was laid on his front. Instead of then getting Daniel the medical attention he needed Officer Mark Vaughn held his hands and knee on Daniel’s neck and applied force onto it, Daniel struggled and pleaded for the officer to stop but instead the officer continued to hold him down until he stopped breathing. Police officers were all standing around and laughing as Daniel takes his last breath, Vaughn continued to kneel on Daniel’s neck even after he started to throw up. The coroner ruled Daniels death as a homicide by asphyxiation.
