Llanrumney Hall Community Trust is currently looking into building a local and accessible health and well being centre for lower Llanrumney. Due to the lack of accessible facilities for those unable to travel a long distance. 

The health and well being centre will include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech and language, a breathe easy group, some sensory support, support for early onset dementia, yoga classes with visiting yoga instructors, as well as some fitness programmes, such as choirs and community dance groups.

We really need to people to sign and help us get this up and running for the good of the community. Think of everything that this health and well being centre could provide for locals of lower Llanrumney.
