More money is looted via removing order cancel option. Now if you place order, you cannot deny it even a second after. you either buy product or loose money. Even if order is delayed for more than an hour, no excuse to zomato but pay for ordering in zomato, you have to pay despite the fact you didnt receive the order on time. This shows the exploitative and unregulated environment favoring these money eating e-commerce giants. Its time to save hard earned money of middle class people and save their money from looting. 

Get money for what you give, don't loot money from public. Bring zomato under food regulatory purview of FSSAI - not just hotels need FSSAI clearance. Bring Zomato under price regulatory mechanism, make zomato accountable to government. Bring a open grienvance redressal mechanism and declare pricing and cancellation policy in open.
