Joe Biden has neglected the safety of the nation by removing the security measures of our Southern border. The abuse of executive power has allowed a surge of illegal crossings into the country by individuals with unknown intentions, and increases threat of a virus that is a known danger to the American People. His placement of Kamala Harris to handle the situation, which she failed to address with any concern as a potential threat, has shown the incompetence in her ability to fulfill her obligations to the role as vice-president.

This actions taken towards the safety of the American People, can only be perceived as a Intentional attack. The false accusations that cause division and racially belittle and demoralize the nation, are not acceptable from any government. The promoting of funds to bailout criminals arrested for felony crimes, while promoting riots are acts against the American way of life, the Constitution, and defeat any purpose of government. 

The failure in Afghanistan has placed a greater risk by allowing terrorist access to U.S. weapons, and abandoned American citizens behind enemy lines. The neglect of these issues and the continued attack on the Rights of the American People cannot continue. The attack on free enterprise, by forcing lockdowns that destroyed small businesses, the growing crisis at the border, and providing aid to the enemies of the nation by removing border security, and giving aid to terrorist organizations is defined as treason in Section 3; Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution. This petition calls for the removal of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to allow for more qualified candidates to fix the issues created by the intention, or incompetence of the current administration.
