Federal agents tear-gassed peaceful Portlanders protesting ICE separating families and keeping children in cages.

On the night of the inauguration of President Biden, Portland residents assembled at the ICE building on Macadam Blvd to protest the continued imprisonment of hundreds of children in cages at our nation's border.

Federal agents (who are still here occupying Portland) met the non-violent group by declaring it a riot and unleashing a barrage of poisonous gas. 

Despite lawsuits, and the evidence that the repeated tear gassing of our citizens is not only dangerous for them but also for the surrounding neighborhood and environment, the Mayor of Portland and the Portland Police Bureau continue to decline to protect and serve us and instead continue in their complicity with this immoral Federal violence.
