The Descent downloadable content pack for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 contains a game breaking bug in the zombies mode on both Xbox One and PS4. The bug causes the game to crash during the final easter egg cutscene on the Gorod Krovi map. This crash prevents anyone from obtaining the "Love and War" achievement/trophy they rightfully earned, and prevents them from obtaining the gate worm needed in further downloadable content packs. 

This software bug did not exist until a patch released during the summer of 2018. It has now been over a year since the game was broken with no status update or support. 

It is not fair, or lawful for Activision to continue selling this downloadable content pack for 15 dollars on the Xbox Marketplace or PlayStation Store without disclosing that all advertised content is not obtainable.

The gaming community has been extremely patient and waited over a year for a possible fix. Those signing the petition respectfully ask Activision and Treyarch to fix the game they broke, with a new patch. If it cannot be fixed, please allow for a refund to be given if requested. Finally, add a clear note in all online marketplaces that the Descent DLC pack is being sold as an unfinished and broken product.
