James Park, CEO of Fitbit, needs to go!! He has shown lack of leadership and has not inspire the company to create innovate products. In addition, he and the rest of the current executives has continue to erode a great brand. Their lack of faith in the company and its future is shown as they continue to sell their stock ( = insider selling). 

As a long term shareholder, there needs to be a LEADERSHIP CHANGE. James Park has been a total failure.
