I made this petition to request the LAW of AT-FAULT ACCIDENT is not written fairly!!!

Nobody from the government cared, Now the insurance company says that they won't renew my insurance, as I was in an at-fault accident. I am really really tired and so devastated, what is the role of the insurance companies? just charge us monthly and when they encounter the accident, they eliminate us ?? and we have to get punished one more time by the insurance company.

It must be revised and changed fairly, in a way that the driver who is causing an accident should be accountable, not just whoever hit from the rear end.

The law of at-fault accidents supports the people that really cause the accidents regardless of the circumstances. Each case should be investigated separately considering the facts.

These laws should be looked at them carefully and re-write again. 
I was involved in an accident on Saturday, Feb/27th/2021, and the driver in front of me suddenly stopped and no matter how much I tried not to hit her, I ended to hit her from the back. 
I have a dashcam which apparently is no good BECAUSE  THE LAW PROTECT DRIVER A!!!!

The insurance fee in Ontario is already SKY-HIGH.

These easy decision-making laws and unfair convictions are ruing people's lives. Please do not make it harder for peoples.

I believe this is the time to look into the laws and change them for a safer and healthier environment.
