This petition is in favour and support of an indoor skate facility that is not just a skatepark. There are no alternative indoor venues between Brighton, bognor, Hastings, and Surrey. 

We want to make a safe place where young people (and adults) can skate, create..... And feel great. 

The aim is to promote mental wellbeing through physical activity and also the chance for positive interactions with people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities.

The park would also provide coaching, in group sessions and on a 1:1 basis. Our goal is to work alongside schools, health services, and the county council to provide a resource that is growing in popularity and with so many benefits. 

The space can also be used for many other ideas, such as exercise classes, parent and toddler sessions, and also somewhere for kids to come after school. 

The plan is to run this facility as a social enterprise, or community interest company, with a 'not for profit' ethos, and money raised will all go back into the park and local community.
