TESTBED 1 and a 5G network at Bristol University have coincided with at least 14 student deaths since late 2016, many reportedly suicides.

Whilst there is no known definitive cause for the deaths, further 5G tests need to halt until a full safety analysis has been undertaken of Super High Frequency and Ultra High Frequency Microwave Radiation, proposed for Melbourne TESTBED 1.

TESTBED 1 has been 'won' by the City of Melbourne and is due to start in March 2020 when the students return to University.

The mapped area for TESTBED 1 includes Melbourne University, RMIT and surrounding streets.

Staff, students and residents will be exposed unknowingly to Microwave SHF and UHF radiation emissions so that organisations can 'live test' 5G and the IoT.  

Scientific studies show resonant absorption of Millimetre (SHF) Microwaves by DNA, so that DNA can be heated to 60 degrees celsius, while the average temperature of the body is not raised at all (Czerski & Mays Swicord, circa 1980).  

The dense RF emissions and SHF required for 'TESTBED 1' - 5G and the Internet of Things - have never been tested for safety.

In contrast, thousands of Scientific studies have informed that exposure to Microwave RF radiation, at the proposed frequency and density for TESTBED 1, is not safe.

Documented adverse effects associated with Microwave exposure at levels from as little as 10 uW/cm2, well below the proposed radiation exposure within TESTBED 1, include: depression, fatigue, central nervous system dysfunction, memory loss, irritability, headaches, drowsiness, mental impairment, eyestrain, anxiety,  hypotension, bradycardia and cardiac pain (N.A.S.A. April 1981).

5G testing has been halted in Brussels with the minister of the Government stating:

“I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not. The people of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit. We cannot leave anything to doubt.”

Please protect people by calling a halt to TESTBED 1, it is not safe.

Update Feb 15, 2020: Switzerland cantons oppose 5G

In Switzerland a growing number of citizens are protesting the roll out of 5G citing health concerns.

"The Federal Office for the Environment’s (FOEN) noted : some cantons and municipalities” had imposed moratoria on 5G planning permission,"
