       Indian farmers are on the verge of losing their livelihood and this started around more than century and got stronger till 2010 decade and worst recently. Every problem has the amicable solution and can be found through dialogues. The new Agricultural Laws/Acts ensure a clean removal of rich mediators,the political families who are controlling APMC'c, and removes importance of those political parties who doesn't have any plans for  poor and marginal farmers and want these poor farmers in same economic state so to control their vote banks. Agriculture is backbone of majority of our population as well as economy, and still our farmers had fallen to ill practices of Babugiri and old laws, the till today governments were giving loan weivers but at the cost of all honest tax payers, stalling the development of nation, and is it right approach to compensate for the suicide but not making them self reliant, economically strong? If all together  APMC mandis are the only safeguard against exploitation by private traders? what efforts ApMC Mandi's done till today to support farmers? Show me a single APMC which has given some help to family of unfortunate farmer who has committed suicide?

These new Bills will of course introduces the second pillar for market apart from  the APMC and introduce the healthy competitive environment. Tell me what initiatives the APMC at least proposed or implimemted for development of farmers? Why the Kisan leaders and opposition parties are afraid of Corporate houses, why APMC can't set godowns and silos to hoard stocks for future and offer good rates to farmers?

All concerns if farmer leaders have, let us treat them as a risk, evaluate those risks, have risk plans for those and done !!

If farmers can not go to court, how come that Kisan Union Leaders are sending lawyer's to supreme court? why no lawyer has come forward till today to fight suicidal cases, in fact why no one voiced in courts for farmer suicides till today?

The supreme court is requested not to leave farmers to the  mercy of these blood sucker APMC's, political parties. They are all shouting with dried throats because if they don't raise voice now, they will be not have any base, they will have no bread and butter of honest earnings.Why the opposition political parties and Kisan Union Leaders are harassing Punjab farmers unnecessarily, and misguiding them? Farmers actually getting harassed at  every step in daily life. The opposition leaders and Kisan Union and APMC leaders in actual are forming invisible  barricades of farmer's road to economic powers,to their development and getting economically independent. These leaders know that very soon they will be getting wiped out completely from large masses which they were able to control by economic pressure but we're not having intelligence and emotional attachment. What  Right given by Constitution of India to these fake Kisan leaders and diminishing political parties to misguide farmers and to bring them in trouble , they haven't spared old farmers , ladies and children also. How come that thousands of agitating farmers represent 70 cores of farmer families?  It's a kind of coup against the nation otherwise and Law authorities should look into this.

This agitation  has shaken the national development including Delhites daily life, stalling transport, and risk to lives of farmers. Let us raise voices against all bad malpractices which are getting followed in APMC's, raise voices against all political parties who are sucking blood from farmers and enjoying their lives. Let us support new Agriculture Laws, and yes, if any modifications are required, we should propose them. मेरे सभी किसान भाईयो कि र्जिंदगी पिछले सत्तर सालोसे बदतर हालात में हैं, तो क्यो नही हम किसी परिवर्तन का स्वच्छ दिलसे स्वागत करे 'जो हमे नई दुनिया की आशा दिलाता है ? क्यो न हमारी अगली पिढिया तो सन्मान से जीने का अधिकार प्राप्त करे ? जो  १30 करोड जनता के लिए खाना - देने का स्रोत है, उसको भीख, कर्जमाफी, नहीं चाहिए, उसको आत्मसम्मान चाहिए।

Come forward, support agriculture laws and our farmers. A humble request to sign petition  to request all farmer Union to stop this agitation and requesting all not to be adamant on cancelling laws but requesting them to put forward requesting changes in new laws
