As millions of people are aware by now that the IRS “mistakenly” transferred our stimulus money to different bank accounts (Turbo Tax & HR Block) They stated for eligible individuals or families that the payment date was 1/4/2021. The utter neglect that the IRS has carried out means millions of people will not get their 2nd stimulus check. They have said that we need to wait and claim it on our taxes to get our stimulus check. Unauthorized transfer of money to various tax preparers accounts were not authorized by the American people. Bank accounts had correct information for direct deposits to go into. Filing a Class Action on behalf of the millions of people wronged by the negligence of those who should be protecting us from fraud and causing even more economic hardship on the American people
