Why It Matters

The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Ralph Northam, is responsible for executing the laws of the Commonwealth. Earlier this week, Gov. Northam argued in defense not only of extreme, late-term abortion but also infanticide. His remarks were not only incompatible with Virginia law but also federal law and the law of God. He is not merely out-of-step with Virginia; he is against her most vulnerable citizens — the most recently born, our future, our posterity. No Governor of Virginia should be allowed to remain in office if he will not protect and defend all Virginians. No Virginian can credibly trust that he will. To restore the public trust and hold Governor Northam accountable for his disregard for the lives of the most vulnerable among us, we, the undersigned registered voters of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereby petition all the Judicial Circuit Courts of Virginia to take immediate action to recall Governor Northam per state code  24.2-233. (PLEASE SIGN ONLY IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED VOTER IN VIRGINIA. We would need 262,000 signatures to gain a hearing complete with your city and state).
